Online counselling for young adults in Winnipeg

You can be moving forward and still feel uncertain about where you are going. Counselling offers space to explore the pressures, relationships and decisions that come with building a life of your own.

Space for transitions, uncertainty and relationships

Starting post-secondary studies, changing direction, entering work or navigating a relationship can bring questions that are hard to sort through alone. You may feel pulled between what you want and what other people expect.

Lindsey works with young adults facing anxiety, school stress, relationship concerns, ADHD, grief and life transitions. You can bring the parts of your life that feel connected or complicated without needing to choose a single issue first.

Practical support that fits your life

Lindsey is a Winnipeg-based Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Her work is collaborative, person-centred and informed by CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and a trauma-informed perspective.

Together, you can explore how your experiences and relationships affect you, identify what feels important and practise coping or communication skills. The pace and focus are shaped around your circumstances and goals.

Getting started with online counselling

Appointments are currently online, so you can attend from a private space without travelling to an office. Ask Lindsey about appointment availability, session fees and what you will need to join.

The first session is a chance to share what brings you in and ask questions about working together. You do not need a polished explanation or a complete plan. If you feel unsure whether this is the right fit, an initial inquiry can help you decide what to do next.
