Counsellor, MACP, CCC

Life doesn't always move in a straight line, and neither does growth.

I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, school stress, ADHD, grief, and trauma, especially when identity, friendships, or a transition has upended what felt certain.

Support that fits your life, not someone else's idea of healing.

I believe we're shaped by our relationships, environments, and experiences, and understanding those threads is often where real change begins. My role is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that fit your life.

My approach

Collaborative, practical, and paced to you.

Collaborative and paced to you, drawing on CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed lens. There's no script to follow and no timeline to keep up with.

How I work

You stay at the center of every session.

My work is trauma-focused, person-centered, and relational. That means we move at a pace that feels safe for you, your experience and perspective stay at the center of every session, and we pay close attention to how your relationships and environment shape what you're going through. You can expect sessions that feel collaborative, grounded, and genuinely tailored to you, not a fixed script.

Frequently asked questions

A few things you may be wondering.

How much is a session?

Please get in touch with Lindsey for the current session fee. She'll make sure you know the cost before you decide whether to book.

Are sessions in person or online?

Availability and session format may vary. Lindsey can let you know what in-person and virtual options are currently available when you reach out.

Who does Lindsey work with?

Lindsey works primarily with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, school stress, ADHD, grief, trauma, identity, friendships, and life transitions.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance to talk about what brings you in, what you'd like support with, and what would help you feel comfortable. You and Lindsey can decide together what a useful pace and direction might look like.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about?

Not at all. It's okay to arrive unsure, overwhelmed, or without the right words. Lindsey will help you begin wherever you are, without pressure to explain everything at once.
